Kegiatan ini merupakan bagian dari sosialisasi dan implementasi budaya korporat <em>\u201cOne PTPN One Culture<\/em>\u201d sebagai <em>Employee Value Proposition<\/em> (EVP) dari Core Values AKHLAK yang menjadi bagian dari inisiatif strategis perusahaan dalam mendorong transformasi dan penguatan budaya kerja di seluruh lingkungan PTPN Group.<\/p><p>Sosialisasi Budaya dalam bentuk Culture Roadshow One PTPN One Culture ini diikuti oleh seluruh karyawan PT RPN yang berasal dari Kantor Direksi dan Pusat Penelitian Lingkup PT RPN, hadir secara offline maupun online.<\/p><p>Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menyamakan persepsi dan pemahaman seluruh elemen PT RPN terhadap budaya perusahaan, serta memperkuat sinergi lintas divisi. Melalui pendekatan budaya yang berbasis pada nilai-nilai utama AKHLAK, perusahaan berharap mampu mendorong kinerja yang berkelanjutan dan memberikan kontribusi positif kepada bangsa dan negara.<\/p><p>Dalam sambutannya, SEVP Business Support, Edy Supriatno menyampaikan bahwa transformasi yang dijalankan oleh PTPN telah dimulai sejak tahun 2020 dan saat ini menjadi fase penting untuk membangun satu hati dan satu visi. <em>\u201cMelalui acara ini, mari kita tumbuhkan rasa kebersamaan dari hal-hal kecil di lingkup individu hingga kelompok. Mari kita manfaatkan sesi ini untuk bertukar ide dan inspirasi, serta membawa budaya One Culture ke dalam kehidupan sehari-hari,\u201d<\/em> ujar beliau.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Materi sosialisasi yang dibawakan oleh Aldira Sasmito dan Wachid Nurwahyudin, <em>Tim Culture Transformation<\/em><em> PTPN III <\/em>menekankan bahwa budaya adalah elemen penting yang kerap tidak disadari namun sangat vital dalam menggerakkan organisasi. \u201c<em>People behind the strategy, culture behind the people<\/em>,\u201d ungkap Aldira. Ia juga menekankan pentingnya perubahan sebagai langkah untuk menjaga momentum dan kepercayaan dari para pemangku kepentingan.<\/p><p>Kegiatan ini turut dihadiri oleh Sucipto Prayitno selaku Direktur SDM Holding Perkebunan Nusantara yang menjadi panelis dalam sesi talkshow. Dalam paparannya, beliau menyampaikan bahwa transformasi bukanlah hal baru di tubuh PTPN Group. <em>\u201cTransformasi itu sudah dilakukan terus menerus. Maka dari itu, penting bagi kita untuk terus berkolaborasi dan adaptif. Kita harus berpikir sebagai pemilik perusahaan dan siap menghadapi berbagai tantangan ke depan,\u201d <\/em>tegasnya.<\/p><p>Dalam wawancaranya, beliau juga menegaskan, <em>\u201cRoadshow ini menjadi pengingat kembali bahwa implementasi pilar-pilar budaya One PTPN harus merata di semua level dan diamalkan dalam keseharian.
